A Leader Who Serves
Houston Wingard has called Willow Park home since 2004. A proud U.S. Navy veteran who served as a jet engine mechanic, Houston brings decades of disciplined leadership and hands-on expertise to the table.
With over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, including serving as a Senior Manager at General Dynamics/Lockheed Martin where he managed 950 employees, Houston understands what it takes to lead large-scale operations and deliver results.
